Wherever I go, I run into amazing women who have opened their hearts to let me help them and their babies. We've struggled, laughed and cried together - the essence of a life worth living! The time has come for me, to help and work with my own family as my 13th grandbaby is born. We as a family sure embody the values that I have hold dear in my practice: giving oneself as a woman to motherhood and reaping the long-lasting rewards of holistically healthy families and generations that stand on the shoulders of mothers who nurture.

When breastfeeding works well, it is such a joy! But when there are struggles, it impacts every part of life as a new mother. If you are at that place, getting help is so important. Moms have said to me: "but it is just I, my baby, my case, that is so difficult" Quite a number of moms really struggle, its not just you. Breastfeeding is delicate, but with your baby's amazing instinctual abilities, some simple effective techniques, taking time, and rekindling bonding and the "fourth trimester", great results can be reached! Most problems can be solved, and for those few moms who struggle to make a full supply: every ounce of breastmilk is gold to your baby's development and long term health!
Most issues are prevented by bringing baby right from birth onto mom’s tummy and latching soon

Mothers and babies are designed to breastfeed.
Retracing steps is sometimes all that's needed to fix a problem
